What working with us looks like.
Week 1-2: understand
Conversations with you and the people who'll use it. We map the jobs to be done, agree what "working" means, and sketch the first screens.
Weeks 3+: build in slices
A test site from the first fortnight. Each slice is usable on its own, so you can change direction without throwing work away.
Launch: quiet and planned
Servers, email, store listings and monitoring are ready before launch day. We go live at a calm moment with a rollback prepared.
After: care plan
Security updates, restore-tested backups, monitoring and a monthly slot for improvements, on a simple rolling plan.
